  • A bit of a disappointment.

    It's a nice looking book, but I was expecting more. There were plenty of pretty pictures of "artwork on a plate", which looks like it may be unattainable for an 8 person dinner party without a serious profi. kitchen, plus helpers, and stacks of wastage. Also, plenty of time required, even for a fairly experienced amateur cook. There were also quite a few recipes containing meat. I guess I didn't fully read the "flexitarian" bit,- my fault. Overall I think it's more of a coffee table book rather than a serious cookbook.
