We have used the product in the Thetford Porta Potti as an alternative to a commode since my partner came out of hospital. Major benefit is less odour. It reduces need to empty instantly and the flushing with aqua rinse allows partial independence. I thought I would have to empty far more regularly, but once a day is great and allows me to get shopping, etc. Easy to measure out, simple to pour into Porta Potti and no problems with discarding in a normal toilet. You can buy cheaper products, but this is far more pleasant in odour and concentrated so it does last longer than you might think.
