  • Billy Cobham’s best album.

Billy Cobham probably is one of the best jazz drummers. He worked with many famous jazzmen like Kenny Burrell, Ron Carter, George Benson, Miles Davis, Mahavishnu Orchestra and many others. This album comes from 1973, and it’s his first and probably the best album. All compositions are very dynamic, rich of new ideas, especially Stratus, the first from the side B. This composition was many times played by other musicians, and one of the best tribute was played by Jeff Beck. On this album played Tommy Bolin, who’s later joined to Deep Purple in Come taste the band album. Strongly recommend to listen this album!
