Slow as poop!
"Read speed up to 140 MB/s*, and a Write speed up to 35 MB/s" quoted by seller. I tested on several systems including Windows 10 PRO on a USB 3.2 port (result pictured) and the fastest I could get was around 27MB/s read and a pitiful 8MB/s write speed! I forget which controller chip it used now but it was supposed to be capable of very high speeds so I assume it must have been the Memory chip that was Super slow. I Sent it back.

Integral 256GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
I have used Integral products previousl and have been much impressed. This particular drive comes in a rather flimsy light weight plastic housing when compared to previous Integral drives. However I have to say that aside from this, it functions extremely well, is fast and thus far very reliable. NOTE: I have reformated it in NTFS to encompass larger file sizes than the supplied FAT32. Yes you can also use ExFAT, however this can somtimes have compatibility issues. Using it as a shared drive on my Huawei Vodafone Broadband Router. Now have two of them working perfectly. Good unit
So far so good. This USB drive is huge and apart from the space set aside for the file structure is as near the full capacity quoted as you'll get. Speed wise, I can only say that it's doing the job for me. I'm only using it to organize my mp3 collection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It may be a useful device provided it does not present any problems in the future in terms of recovery of data. It is quite compact and easy to hold.

Too slow to be of much use.
It's functional but very slow ( 5Mb/sec write), might be OK for occasional backups, but if you wanted to fill the drive with data it would take about 16 hours !
