Excellent value and tuning performance.
I have GOTOH locking Tuners on one of my other guitars and these Vanson locking tuners are equally as good in ‘feel’ and tuning precision. Fitted perfectly on my PRS SE Custom.

Good quality machine heads.
I am very happy with these, I bought a strat set and those were great, so I got these. Considering the price, they are awesome quality, very easy to install like for like on a les Paul copy, and very nice and easy to string and adjust. Hold tune very well. All in all I'm very happy.

Tuning Head Upgrade
These tuner heads are a good quality product with a fair price and look great. If fitting them to replace vintage tuning heads the holes will require opening to slightly under 10mm for a snug fit, best done by hand as the enamel can easily chip off, chamfer through the enamel and enlarge using a small step drill from each side then remove the middle portion with a straight drill. The old fixing holes will show and there is an extra weight/balance penalty to consider, Les Pauls are rather heavy already so if your finding it tiring to hold when playing these are going to make things worse.
