Perfect!
I am a light sleeper, work night shifts and live in a flat with thin walls, I tried foam earplugs but they didn't block enough noise, were uncomfortable and eventually started irritating my ears.. I have used wax earplugs from Boots but they need a bit of effort to shape and found them uncomfortable when lying with my head on the side of the pillow. These ones are much more comfortable and I can sleep soundly lying on my side. They are quick to mould into shape and block noise sufficiently enough for me to get a decent sleep.
