Great for phone calls but not laptop/pc calls
Really comfortable to wear, lightweight on the head and not at all tight around the ears. Adjustable band to fir the width of you head/ear height. Detailed instructions can be found on manufacturers website. Works perfectly with mobile phone and for phone calls. Also great for listening to music on my laptop. I had originally intended to use these for work with Teams/Zoom calls, but unfortunately the sound is broken and I am unable to make out what is being said. Through some research this is not a fault with the earphones themselves, but apparently with Bluetooth frequencies on laptops. Too complicated to explain but for laptops it is best to use wired headphones with mics. I also bought a second pair for a family member who admired them, so overall a good pair of heapohones.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant except.....
These are brilliant head phones, lightweight, comfortable, sound quality is really good. The only downside and I have no idea why, but they don’t connect to my MacBook, the Bluetooth on the MacBook doesn’t even pick up the Device when it picks up my Bluetooth speaker, my iPhone my iPad etc. Very strange.
