Very thin cushion
The cushion is very thin and flattens when you sit on it so offers no real support to the spinal area. Once you sit on it and it flattens, you don't even know it is there.

Lightweight and ideal for my purpose
I use it on my office chair as extra support following a coccyx injury. I didn't want to spend too much, as wasn't sure how long I would need it for, this has given me that extra bit of cushioning that I needed and relieves the discomfort of sitting for 8 hours!
