The reason I gave it a 5 🌟 because it easy to setup and plus it's brand new and that's what I needed. My old remote control was old and you had to push hard on the buttons. Another AT&T Miss
This is basically a copy of the RC71, except that they have added the AT&T logo and made it out of a lower grade plastic. Fit and finish isn't very good and the battery doors don't stay closed very well. It also feels of lower quality in your hand due to the fit and finish and the feel and sound of the buttons when you press them. But what do you expect from a company that could care less about its customer experience and is run by a CEO who runs the company based off of a shread sheet without regard for its customers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

STOP fighting a wore out remote & REPLACE IT!
One of our remotes was SO wore out it was...infuriating to try and use! Found these and we're both very happy I bought them! Online instructions weren't quite right so...take your new remote, hit MENU, go down to SETTINGS and over to REMOTE CONTROL (hit Select button). Go to COPY SETTINGS and it will walk you through what you need to do next. Better than the original remote....
I really like the fact that you don't have to point the remote at the box when using it set up for RF. The design could be improved by moving the volume and the channel change buttons to a higher location on the remote, but that would require a total redesign.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
