it takes two to make a good thing go right.
easy to install and eventually , you will need more force to keep it going this way down the line. either way I really enjoyed working with this item , and the feeling I got from saving hundreds of dollars, and an honest days work per say, compared to, if I would have to call someone to replace the seal. they would recommend replacing the track also. I didn't need to change the track which was the connection to this item seal i ordered. and remember to get visible confirmation to which seal is needed cause where it clips in, they're, are different ones. I have a Wayne Dalton Garage door, and the track connected to the bottom of the garage door- was too. So, this item made sense. and since i measured the garage door. this item i ordered measured enough, with some more to spare. it was perfect and then all I had to do was just cut off excess, plus it gave me the choice to leave a bit more on of the sides for greater seal + protection. It appears to be a good product. I am happy with it.
The only thing was I couldn't see how thick the ends were. They were thinner than what was on the original door. But I was able to work with it. I had to use a pliers to crimp the channels to hold it and that was kind of a tedious. I just thought it would be nice if there was a measurement on the thickness.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

easy if you plan
It was the exact replacement of my old one that was 15 years old.I took the holder of the seal off the bottom of the door, which made it simple and easy to just slide it into the groves with a little help of hand cream and my wife. there is probably more expensive one but if the part that you need to put into the groves you may have a little more troubles, so Isay just buy one if it look the same.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
