Cook like Grandma use to with this great pan !!! Good price, Great quality, Highly recommended !!!
Have had many pans in the past years...but going back to original cast iron was the best idea. This is a good quality pan that works well with less heat. The pan is evenly heated across the bottom....with no hot or cold spots. Being a deeper pan keeps the kitchen cleaner with less splatters. Easy to clean. Fried food is extra good compared to our old pan. Have tried a lot of the non stick pans but this is the best. The weight of the pan also keeps from sliding all over while cooking...and will last for many years to come. Can use any kitchen utensils that you like to use...and not just the nylon ones you have to use in most of the non stick pans. Do not know why we ever tried anything else and gave up our old cast iron. Newer ideas not always the best. Cook like Grandma use to. Be sure to get a handle cover for it so you do not get burned by forgetting the handle is part of the pan and does get hot to touch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
