Excellent Quality Product
Very impressed. Quick delivery and a quality product. I have tried various other males of memory foam pillows, the last of which, very uncomfortable considering how expensive it was. This pillow has helped me, no more stiff neck in the mornings, pillow doesn't flatten and keeps it's shape very well. It did take a couple of nights to get the amount of memory foam tubes and the height correct but I now have it spot on. My wife has tried it and has asked me to order one for her. Evenly balanced pillow, high quality
Its not too hard compared to the standard memory foam pillows which is an issue I had with most of the previous pillows of this type. But this seems to provide a decent balance between being too soft and too hard and the flexibility of adjusting this is also useful. It's a good size and fits a normal pillowcase as opposed to other varieties which are smaller and leave "excess pillowcase" flying around. Not sure if it's solved my neck problems as yet but seems good so far, will need a few more weeks of testing before I can conclusively state if its improved my sleep.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Luxurious, comfortable, customisable and washable pillow from Simba.
Following a number of issues with my back and neck I decided to spend a little more and try the Simba pillow. The pillow arrived very well packaged and it seemed quite soft, so I initially worried that it wouldn't give enough support. This is not the case though as thanks to the nanotubes in the core filling flexible and adaptive support is provided. In addition, the pillow comes with a bag where the nanotobes can be stored should one wish to take some out for a lower pillow height. Overall the pillow feels luxurios and of very good quality. I expect this pillow to last quite a while and it's great that the outer shell can be machine washed (at 40º) and tumble dried on a low heat. I definitely recommend this pillow, worth the money and I'm considering buying more for the rest of the family.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb pillow!
I’m so fussy with pillows, so the customisation of this item makes it a winner. First night was too thick/high, so simply removed some of the filling pieces and popped them in the handy bag. Fantastic product with premium quality
Previously used these bamboo follows that you see on tv and yes they did work for a few sleeps. The problem with diced up memory foam is that it still bunches up and solidifies. After a few sleepless night I decided to jump into the Simba bandwagon and try out the Simba Hybrid pillow. To be honest I really wanted to try the Outlast pillow but jumping into the deep end was a bit too much of a risk specially at £99 a pop. Decided on the Hybrid pillow because it was a safer option if it was just all hype. Well here i am now fully recommending the pillow, and leaving a review. Through my personal experience the pillow has been great...no awesome! Tube memory foam does not bunch up pillow cover is great quality and honestly the pillow does not deform in shape like the old bamboo pillows do. Now I get a good sleep no matter if i sleep on my back or sides the pillow is so comfortable. I fully recommend this product, but as usual try it out for yourself and see if it helps you find that good nights sleep that you need. I have moved on from jumping in the bandwagon to now riding the train as I am looking to purchase the King size duvet and upgrade to the Outlast pillow.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good quality but not enough filling for me
This pillow was a lot softer than I expected, I don’t know if I’ve just got a heavy head but when I turned on my side I was getting a crick in my neck as it would flatten down so much, it was due to getting a bad neck I originally ordered it too!
