Very good product, but software is totally broken. Dont buy
This is revised review because the speaker worked well for first few days and today its dead :( This is a very good product in terms of its sounds quality and music output, it gives a pleasant feeling to listen to songs on this. However there are major problems on the software side i.e. with chromecast / Google Home app, which is the only way in which you can manage this speaker. The speaker worked fine for the first few days, but it seems that an Over-the-air software update has now made this speaker useless. Now I cannot use it as a Wifi speaker as it does not connect to my router. Also I cannot use it as a Bluetooth speaker as it wont pair with my smartphone, a pairing key is requested by my phone which I cannot type on the speaker! The worst part is that even the Audio-In port does not work. It appears that the speaker has gone in a loop in which it seems its looking to connect by various means but keeps failing. My recommendation is to lookout for some better speakers which dont rely on chromecast / Google Home!! This is a wonderful hardware from JBL all wasted due to poor software.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
