Manual leaves a lot to be desired, the product is fine, works well and fits helmet (mine is shoei gt air 2) without any hassle, everything fits like a glove, at present, i have only had it 2 days, and it works well, good quality. I must say that the start up manual they send with it is wrong, it wouldn't pair to my phone, so after a bit of internet search you can find the right way to pair the phone.
