Not perfect, but still a very good tool
This could be slightly better designed - the puller could be a bit longer and thinner, it could grip tighter/better and it could take out less earth. It is good on thistles, dock can take a few tries to get a decent chunk of root. However, having said that, it is A solid piece of kit and ten times faster and much neater then trying to dig the roots out by hand.
