A Curate's egg, good in places.
It doesn't boil, only getting up to 80 - 85 centigrade. Not a problem for me as that is close to a perfect temperature for mashing into my 40ltr Mash tun. Others might not like the lower temperature as it isn't a boiler, perfect for coffee but for Tea, I'm not sure it would be hot enough. I can't recommend it as it fails to boil. but for what I want it to do it's close to perfect. Reliability and Quality should go together but after just one brew day I can't fairly comment on either.
