    Doesn’t heat up to the temperature stated

    I’ve tried it with wood pellets which don’t seem to burn properly which I believe is an issue with the airflow through them. I’ve tried wood and for a brief time (if the wind blows) it will heat up to nearly 300c but never more and usually runs between 150c and 200c. Takes a lot longer to cook that I expected.

    Pizza owen

    The owen is hard to heat up to get enough heat for more then one pizza. I use wood pellets and when doing more then one pizza it needs long reheating time between the pizzas so the dinner time becomes werry long...
