Pretty sweet!!!
I'm pretty stoked to have my new bike carrier. It's def good quality and fairly easy to use. I was disappointed that the arms that hold the wheels in place do not have a spot to install a lock. My other Rocky Mount carriers have locks. Also, I feel like the lock that is supplied could be popped off extremely easily if you had a small crow bar. I'm not thrilled with the way you have to unscrew the blue lever to release the swing arm. Overall it's a great system! Buy one!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

ruins your departure angle
Although the functionality of this bike rack is superb and it is super easy to use and well-built, it made the departure angle of my 2016 Toyota RAV4 so awful that I can't pull into my driveway with out scraping the sidewalk. Imagine if your bumper was extended out 20 inches, now imagine the new angle from the bottom of your tire to that bike rack. There is no offset up from the hitch. there's no possibility I could even do light off roading with this bike rack on my car. That being said it is super easy to use. If you were only driving around town with two bikes, this is the end-all-be-all. However if you don't need the 90° swing out (which I bought to be able to easily unload camping gear) save yourself several hundred dollars and buy something elseVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice, but for the money, it should be better.
Overall it's a nice bike rack, but for the price it does have room for improvement; the way the front wheel cups mount (metal screws into plastic vs nuts and bolts) seems a bit cheap and there are some metal to metal contact areas where the paint is compromised enough that it's started to rust already. Quality rack, great customer service!
Excellent product that is designed to fix many problems with conventional bike racks. Not only does swinging it out of the way help opening the back of my vehicle. It also makes it easier to load my old pup who occasionally needs some help, without taking the rack off. Also excellent warranty and top notch customer service. Only had it a week and a half, but already very happy after several hundred road miles.

Awesome carrier
I worked in the bicycle industry for 30 years and this is the most brilliant bike carrier I have ever seen or used. The swing away feature is easy to use and makes access to back of van simple. Build is solid and will hopefully be durable. Bicycle security with sliding front wheel bar holds bike secure. I fit my 2 Canyon E asset bikes and rack barely moves while driving. Overall a solid purchase. pleased.
