Does the job
Seems to stop the "chirping" from the smoke alarm after a period of use better than any old 9V battery. The last ones of these lasted about a year as they should do in our make of smoke alarm.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good batteries but short expiry date
The only reason I have not given these 5* is that the expiry date is November 2021, less than a year away at the time of purchase. Given that I would expect a battery to last at least a year in a smoke alarm, this is not long. Of course, the batteries will probably be working fine after the date printed on them, but the expiry date must be there for a reason. On the other hand, they were cheap, and arguably the short expiry date was reflected in the price but it would have been good to have known before purchasing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
