A performance review
I bought this as a trial to evaluate it against a Phillips electronic transformer that has very good output regulation at approx 11 V. I saw a recommendation for this unit saying that unlike the Phillips unit which has push-connects for the copper wire, this unit has screw terminals which I prefer. That being true, I did not find good AC regulation on the output of this model. Now, there are a few reasons why this might be happening, the main one being the chopper output and the measuring capability of the multimeters I use. I have not yet looked at the output of this unit with an oscilloscope so until I do so, I will say that all things considered, its the same as the DETA brand model being sold by a well known supplier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality product works very well.
Great transformer, work very well with even just one LED down-light on a dimmer. No flicker even when dimmed to almost off. Always starts even when dimmed. Great product
