Genuine Dyson part, for less.
This is a genuine Dyson part at about 2 thirds of the Dyson price that takes a second or two to attach. A plastic part that turned my brush had broken. I could have bought a sole plate and repaired the head I had but the brush was very worn from stuck threads and such. Buying a whole new head included a new brush, motor and plastic part all together. Instead of having to strip my head and rebuild it, all I had to do was clip this new one back into place. For my piece of mind to know all parts are new and not mixed with some of my older worn parts that could also break at any time it was well worth the couple of extra pounds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent Value for quality product
I was very surprised at the quality and how good it is and it really is excellent value and dead easy to fit. It works extremely well and has made the machine as good as new again and completely recommend this item to revive a rattly old machine. Dyson given a new lease of life.
The motor in the old head unit eventually burnt out after years of abuse. We decided to replace the complete head unit as we thought the rest of the Dyson still had some life left in it. Wow! What a difference. Slots straight in and works a treat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not the best
Not the sellers fault but the way this is made is very poor, the motor burns out mostly on these heads, they do last a while but you need to keep the brush roll clean and the end bearings free from strands etc, it's just overpriced and poor designVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
