This watch is a kind of amalgam of various iterations of the Omega Speedmaster, particularly the Apollo 8 Dark Side of the Moon Watch. The date complication wasn't on the original. It's comfortable to wear and looks very good indeed. When you consider that it's about 1% of the cost of the Omega (and it's probably more accurate being quartz) then it's not a bad deal at 40 to 50 quid depending upon where. The downsides for watch purists are these: it has no lume so being something of a stealth watch, don't expect to read the time in the dark. The other thing is that the second hand does not hit the number markers exactly. That's only for nerds though. Some would be glad to see it. I bought it because I liked it, it had a nostalgic space race appeal and it's a British brand. I'm not posh and in covid times nobody is going to be nosing up your sleeve anyway to see which brand it is. Read full review
