The Seekers Sing New Songs
This is a great CD from the Seekers, featuring Judith Durham, which was recorded a few years after their 25th Reunion Tour. It is comprised of new songs written or co-written by the group members and some covers. It is wonderful to hear their trademark blend of voices with new material. Great CD
This is a great CD with the original Seekers. Judith's voice is as pure as ever. The songs are new. It was done in 1997 - forty some years from when they first started out. They didn't stay together for all those years. They did do a twenty five year reunion. I believe this CD was in preparation of their fifty year tour. Great collection
Love this album. It has so many feel-good, catchy tunes. The Seekers wanted to recapture something of their original 60s feel which, to a large extent, they have. Came across this album through watching some videos on YOU-TUBE. I could not believe how good the songs on this album were, Turned out to be quite expensive in this country, so orderd on from Australia through E-BAY for about the same price as a normal C.D over here.
