Reliable thermometer
Bought a new freezer with no digital display so wanted a reliable thermometer to monitor the internal temperature. Initially bought a cheap digital thermometer which claimed to be suitable for a freezer, it packed up after two weeks! Bought this Taylor model to replace it, three times the price but you get what you pay for. It is accurate (checked against an old fashioned alcohol tubular model) and also saves the highest and lowest temperatures recorded since the last reset. Very useful for food safety if you suffer a power cut/tripped breaker etc.

Really cool
Seems accurate according to my room thermostat. I lay it on the bottom shelf of the fridge. The max and min temperatures are a must. I was surprised how much the temperature varied and was able to adjust the fridge to an average temperature.
