Bart Freundlich's crime comedy stars Kirsten Stewart as Maddy Phillips, a contented youngster who is good friends with a computer geek, Austin, and a mechanic, Gus. Then a crisis strikes her life: her father Tom is paralysed and the only cure will cost $250,000.
