Received in spain in record time so thank u for that. No extra fees for postage really happy with that. I've waited to start the product till I wrote a review, I'm going ahead now even though I've only been using it for last 4days wow what a difference I have seen already. My energy levels are up and they are curbing my appetite. I highly suggest u take a tablet first thing in the morning as they can if not taken on waking interfere with yr sleeping pattern. I've not been active at all for the last 2months but now feel like I want to get out there which is great for me. I'm post menopausal and these make me feel back to my energetic self. I've not had the shakes no heart beat palpitations etc or feel like I'm getting hot. They aren't as strong as the real thing but they are healthy for you. Shame I can't get the real thing but these for me are a close 2nd without the crap that goes with them. I shall be a regular customer So glad to be getting my life back on track. Not sure if they work for me
The first few times I took these I didn’t feel right. I felt dizzy and sick but I drank water and ate something small. I have been taking them for 4 weeks except weekends but haven't noticed any change. This product I have bought twice now and will continue to do so. This doesn't leave you with heart palpitations like other I've tried, I take it in the morning with breakfast and it gives me great energy for the day letting me get loads done. This is great for anyone however for me it's exceptional as I suffer from fibromyalgia don't get me wrong it's not a cure for it nor does it take all my pain however it allows me to get loads done instead of falling asleep and it definitely takes away alot of my symptoms so an unexpected but super duper side effect. Don't work!
Do not suppress my appetite at all or have the thermogenic properties they claim there not capsules there a little chalky pill don't waste your time! just another rubbish diet pill in my opinion or these have too much filler in them so they don't work... After reading the reviews of this product I was optimistic about it's ability to curb my appetite and perhaps give me a little boost in energy levels, but sadly I did not find this product helpful at all.
