Does exactly what you would want in a welding helmet
The reason I would recommend this product is because it is light to wear with the helmet sat on my head and easy to adjust the bandwidth round the head, it does exactly what it says only slight adjustment made for darkness when I used it while ark welding on a practice piece before using properly on a main project, I love the accuracy of going from clear lens and immediate darkness when striking up for welding.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Low quality product, avoid!
Cheap and flimsy product. The head band fell apart on the first morning it was used. The plastic screws which hold the head band on are completely inadequate and wouldn't hold the visor up, every time they were tightened they just came undone again in a couple of minutes.
