Pretty Nice
The quality is good, it doesn't feel cheap and holds together well. It doesn't feel like it will break under normal stress. (Mind, I would not suggest using it as an actual restraint. If you try to break it it'll give eventually or at least be damaged.) The leather is not sharp, or rough like some fake leather is. I really appreciate that the ribbons that come with it are pre-threaded, and that there is a wide range for sizing.
