Condition:
BMW E90/91/92/93 as well as many BMW key fobs from the early 2000's. BMW E39 and E46 keys (Commonly Known as Diamond Keys). BMW had a different shape PCB leg mount put on the their batteries (which you can't buy) but this just requires a little modification.

Quite simply doesn't fit
Bought this for my E61 with diamond shaped keyfob. The prongs that required to be soldered are in the wrong place. The battery overhangs off the circuit board so the keyfob cannot be closed up. Even if it could be closed the battery does not fit flush against the circuit board so you'd struggle to get it closed anyway. Utter rubbish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

This product is not fit for purpose.
This battery was supposed to be a direct replacement for the one in the key fob. It did not fit. The prongs pre-fitted to it did not match the holes in the circuit board - they were in totally the wrong place on the battery. Moving them would have led to breakage. I was therefore unable to use it. Instead I paid for a complete new fob to be made. This was a much more expensive option than a simple battery replacement.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good battery but needed modifying to fit
