Can cause stomach issues, but great for inflammation.
I've taken Schiff Mega Red Krill oil before and had great results decreasing inflammation caused by lupus. I do notice, however, if I take it daily I tend to have heartburn and stomach cramping. To alleviate this I take it every 2-3 days instead of daily. But I've tried numerous types of Omega-3 oil and this is the only one I have clear results with. Sinks but Seems to Help
This stuff sinks to high heaven, tastes awful unless you swallow it quick. Just had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and having terrible fatigue ever since. After 4 days of taking Megared I'm not taking naps anymore when I was taking 2 to 3 a day. My cardiologist is glad I'm on it.
