Sharp blades
Needed these to replace the blades on my Titan shredder. They are very sharp, easy to fit and work very well. They are intended for use in shredding wood products like small branches, twigs and other waste wood. It is not such a good idea to feed through dirty leaves or and soil contaminated waste as this will blunt the blades quite quickly. Also with any shredding, lookout for nails, screws and other hard objects that could damage the blades. New blades will shred quite thick wood (around 3cm) without too much trouble.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste Of Money
Have been using a genuine Bosch blade since I bought the machine years ago, and have successfully re-sharpened it a few times with good results. However, it was beginning to create a large gap, and some fresh branches were being chewed into strips, rather than chipped. Opted to buy a cheaper version of the blade, but totally regretting this decision now. The blade looks very similar, but it has a coating over the entire blade, including the cutting edge. Probably to keep it from rusting in storage, but you'll need to file this off the leading edge before fitting. After just 10 mins work on regular fresh cut branches, it stopped chipping, and began chewing into strips. The shredder was frequently jamming with these long strips, and I constantly had to stop and clear the jam. I removed the blade, and it didn't look blunt, so the metal must be too soft. I've returned to using my original Bosch blade, and I'll be ordering a new one. Suggest you don't waste your money on cheap blades.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not fit for purpose
Performed like a blunt blade straight out of the packet and I was feeding through material well within the shredder specifications, yetit was jamming at the slightest thing. Twigs/branches were coming out of the other end whole, with only the vegetation stripped off. Turned the blade over in case I was just unlucky, no change. This blade didn't seem anywhere near as sharp as a genuine example, which would have demolished the stuff I was feeding it. Gave up after 5 minutes. Shredder blade as described. Easily installed. As previous reviewers have commented these blades lose their sharpness fairly rapidly. Although I've not used this blade yet, the quality of the finish appears at least equal to the original, with equivalent sharpness and surface finish.
