This TV has the best features and quality of any previous TV purchases!
Very nice picture! Easy to use control. When you turn on Direct TV the Q9 turns on with it. When you turn DTV off though, you must turn of the TV. Not a problem. When I needed help setting up, the Samsung team was great! I love the FRAME feature! it is impressive with my pix from Yosemite. BUT, it chops off some of the lower part of the pic. I need to investigate more. The brightness and colors of the picture make you think that you are right there looking onto the actual scene. I wish that the Q9 was available in the 55 inch size for my bedroom! Sigh!!!! The 60W 4.1 sound is incredible. If you do not have a separte sound system, the sound is nice. I bought the 2018 model because the reviews indicated that it was better than the 2019 Q90. Maybe the Q900 will fix the issues of the 2019 model. Would I buy again! Mesmerizing
After doing extensive research and reading numerous reviews on the ”Q”series model, I figured I’d go with the best one that Samsung has to offer. This television is highly impressive with its user friendly features and its very easy to o set up. Perfect picture, apps and sound. All features power up immediately and If speaking in terms of a vehicle, this thing is “fully “ loaded. If you can afford it, take the dive. Awesome Picture while it lasted
The Q9fn has an extremely nice picture ,the contrast and color purity is beautiful.Mine only worked for a week then it developed a black box on the screen,dealing with Samsung support is a nightmare and dealing with ielectrica on Ebay was even worse.So my initial experience had some bumps but after replacing it with another new unit I haven't had any other issue's.I definitely am hoping I don't have to deal with Samsung support again and Ill never purchase from ielectrica on Ebay again either they sold me a defective unit then harassed me over the 30 day return that they advertise.

OMG Wow!
this QLED replaced a Pioneer 50" plasma in a bright room with 4 large windows. the brightness on this can't be touched! the antiglare glass makes a difference, too. i only made very few settings changes (more for personal preference) as its performance out of the box is stellar. setup was easy after connecting components to the OneConnect box and turning on the system. this handles 1080p content amazingly. HDR can be overdone, though. i can't review 4K since i don't have content at this time. i mounted this on the wall using the OEM no-gap mount, and it looks great. i'm impressed at how much the minimalist One Remote can accomplish. my 9-year-old picked it up and navigated Netflix and FiOS TV fairly easily. the hype is real!

Extraordinary picture quality
You can't expect any less than the best with Samsung's top tier offering. Be advised that setup can be a bit tricky. I consider myself very tech savvy yet I had some difficulties with initial setup. Navigating menus aren't easy either given that the remote only has about 6 buttons on it. Great TV for gaming and everything else!
I previously owned a Panasonic plasma 1080P TV and loved-it but I I’ve been looking to replace it to upgrade to 4K and HDR and did my research watching YouTube channels and checking reviews from all different websites and I decided to either go with OLED or QLED.
