Oil overfill

Poorly made and bad design.
I should have read the reviews of others before buying this product because it is certainly poor manufactured. Firstly I had to purchase an additional part (£23) in order to fit onto my Lexus brake reservoir and then when fitted it would not hold pressure and leaked out of the fill pipe seal and the brake reservoir seal. The first was an easy fix by filing/sanding the uneven plastic moulding and applying some silicon grease. The second involve having to fabricate a steel plate to span the top of the universal adaptor to prevent the plastic top from deforming when the securing bolts were tightened. A couple of hours wasted when I could have done the job with a mate and a simple non return valve (£3) in half the time. Save your money!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Makes regular oil changes a pleasure..
My car holds 6.5lt of oil, the unit removed 6.5lt of oil... :) It is slower than I expected but once you are aware of this you just work on something else for a while. I think I will alternate between old school oil changing drain from sump method and using the vacuum pump just to see whats on the magnetic sump plug..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
