Like many collectors, I'm a little ambivalent about Lansdowne Models. They maintain their approach of making chunky models which lack the fine detail which other white metal model makers include. One could go so far as to critique the models as crude. However, there are so many cars we simply wouldn't have in our collections were it not for the interesting selections made by the company. This Singer roadster is a case in point. It is an older model and no longer produced. It is well made and finished with flawless paintwork. It's the only 1/43 model in existence of a genuinely interesting car.
