First, these were not easy to fit and I am normally good at this sort of thing. Once fitted they inflated evenly centered within the rim and I went out running 95psi front 100psi rear. Immediately the tyres felt smoother and quieter than the previous ones (which were on a new bike) Completing my regular 10.5 mile route, I found I had improved my best time and also clocked up some high speeds. I can'r comment on durability but performance is good because of reduced weight over a wire beaded tyre, saving 150g per wheel at the rim. Subjectively the tyres are more comfortable than before. Time will tell but so far very happy with them.

Fantastic fit on a 25 mm X 700 c airo wheel ,no bulges. Good grip and felt like it held the road well. Best ever power for me . Was it just the gp5000 or me. Will recommend these tyres.

I have been using Continental 4000 II which replaced Schawlbe Pro One's. Pro One's gripped and rolled well but suffered cuts and nicks easily, didn't last long. 4000 II were are big improvement, gripping, rolling and wearing well with only minor cuts. 5000's are a step up again, you pay extra but in my opinion they are worth it.

Excellent performance in every aspect of tyre performance from a tyre that has everything. Is it better than the GP4000s ll? time will tell. Competitively priced, you would need to pay considerably more to get a tyre measurably better and the GP5000 would still be near the top of the tree.

Perfect tyre for all weather and faster rolling than 4000 especially in 25mm size.
