So far, so good!
My hair thinned at about the age of 16, due to hormonal changes. I've struggled with it all of my adult life, but am now in my 50's and it seems to be worsening with more hormonal changes, and medication usage. It will make your hair super soft after just a week. I’m not really sure how it does that. Logically an oral vitamin supplement wouldn’t do this but it does. I’m not get a crazy amount of growth but my hair has grown more in the last month than it usually does. I’ve been taking it for 2 months and I’m starting to see a solid increase in length.
