Decent Solid Bench
I spent a fair bit of time looking for a suitable bench with good overall reviews before deciding on this and I’m pleased with my decision. It’s a decent solid bench for home use. I wanted one that wouldn’t flex or feel unstable under a reasonable amount of weight and this serves that purpose just fine. The back and seat are comfortable and the adjustment can be made quickly and simply. It isn’t the lightest bench, but can still be moved around with ease on the rollers by lifting at the seat end. It took a bit of building but nothing to be wary of, the instructions were clear enough. If I’m being picky the seat & back are not in perfect alignment, but it’s very minor and doesn’t effect my use in any way. I think the weak spot will be the back & seat vinyl covering which isn’t the thickest and I can see it getting worn or ripped if I’m not careful, but I guess that could happen to any the benches in this price range. Good quality, with major construction design issue
Very well made, cleary top quality, but has one major drawback, the back support bench board is resting on the main spine (metal bar) of about 1 1/2 inch wide, while the wood is soft pine or similar, hence any pressure on the side of the bench (e.g. doing triceps push ups or putting weight on it when doing one arm row can easily break the back wood board across, what should be done and what is always done in commercial grade benches is to put a metal plate under entire width and length of the back support wood board so the wood does not carry any weight. This is a major error in design, hence both dangerous and not usable for heavy lifting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It comes flat packed, you build it..! Good quality.. Strong & comfortable when using it.. It can be used Chest & Shoulders.! The bench inclines to achieve multiple uses.! Not suitable for intermediate weight lifters
Unfortunately I was expecting a stronger more robust bench - Alrhough this product would be sufficient for a novice or beginner, it is nowhere near strong enough for an intermediate weight lifter or someone using 40kg and above Dumbbells In general I rate this bench as just okVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
