Cheaply made equipment
I bought similar systems twice and the first system one of the camera's died after about two months so contacted their costumer support and after several emails back and Fourth I received another replacement camera although it was much cheaper quality and had no adjustable sun covering. Well I connected this camera and it was completely dead I tried it in all ports but just wouldn't work The mouse that came with it I have had to replace and the DVR freezes now and again so have to shut it down and restart it the second system I purchased was for my elderly mother as she has a lot of care workers coming in and out of her home so bought it to help her feel safer and guess what the mouse doesn't work properly and I really can't be bothered to chase it up so just bought a new one myself. The product is very good but I would advise you should shop around. I had a problem with trying to get a replacement cable because it was going to be too long winded discussions I just bought two new ones .
