Completely junk machine!
Not even close to described. 'Heated' water tank is a fan at the TOP of the tank! It didn't even get the water luke warm. This unit is also extremely loud! I'm talking wear hearing protection loud. As soon as I took it out of the box, I knew it was junk but gave it a try anyways. The hose is so short, you will have to have the machine right next to you (don't forget your hearing protection). The fitment of the tanks are so flimsy, you will definitely lose one or two of the tanks off of the machine while in use if you are not holding the machine together manually. The suction is practically non-existent, plan on vacuuming with a wet/dry vac or having what ever you are cleaning stay wet for a long period of time. I really wanted this machine to work, but, due to the aforementioned, that was not realistic. I sent it back the very next day. The return of the machine was also cumbersome. Although, Bissell was very accommodating, having to drive the machine to the ups store was a nuisance. Save your money on this machine and look elsewhere. Time to overhaul and drastically improve your design, Bissell!! Two thumbs way down!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not worth it
