The sound is great. They are comfortable so long as they don't fall off my head. But they do fall off my head. Why do they fall off my head? Because the indents in the adjusters have virtually no friction and simply will not stay in the position I put them in. The solution was to tape them up in position but of course now they cannot be adjusted if someone else wants to use them. I tried to contact Bose but was confronted by an over complicated form insisting on a 17 digit serial number which of course was not recognised so I gave up and decided to write this review instead. It seems pretty sad to me that I should have to use tape on a brand new product in order to keep them adjusted. Had Bose made it easier to contact them maybe they could have done something about it but they didn't and life is too short. Read full review

Incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear, even over long periods of time. The sound quality is what you would expect from Bose. It's crisp and consistent throughout the volume levels. No bass is lost when volume is low which is hard to find! The battery life is impressive, I always get over 19 hours which is perfect for long haul travel. They also charge super quickly so it's easy to get a top up when needed.
