Works but...
Granted it's effective but the fas that charges the tag freezing paddles was not distributed evenly without compressing the cartridges 2 to 4 times before use so I was only able to freeze 6 of the more annoying larger tags. It does work and probably at sea level would effectively remove up to 20 medium size skin tags. I'm going to try another freezer application method but if ineffective I'll likely purchase another of these units as I have another 7 smaller annoying tags to go.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

If you can give it 2-3 weeks it works 100%
This tag remover was priced very fair. It is more expensive than the other "band-aid" applicators but promised actual results. My wife and I used this and hoped for the best. So here's our actual experience... It's definitely a bit painful with a super burning sensation. Actually loading the applicator and clamping the tags are very easy. Once you've clamped them a few times and endured the burning, they turn black and look dead along with a small area around the tag. This will last for about 2 to 3 weeks so be ready for that look. If their in a very visible place be ready to put a band-aid on or wear clothes to cover them because they look very unpleasant. Ugly actually. But once they fall off (and the definitely do) your skin will be 100% clear and devoid of the tag and they do not come back! It's definitely worth the 50 bucks to my wife and I. I definitely recommend this one if you are willing to do it correctly... Take the pain... and give the healing process time (2-3 weeks) We've successfully removed several tags between the two of us.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth it! Recommended

Waste of money
