A Good Bakers Lame
Just getting into sourdough bread making and realised I needed a very sharp knife to mark the dough, had never heard of a ‘lame’! Chose this one on eBay and not disappointed VERY sharp! You need to get the knack but it works very well. Delivery was quick and it was well packed
