I gave this eve memory foam pillow to French mother-in-law as a Christmas present. She has had a painful neck since the summer, and can no longer cycle. Constantly wears a scarf to warm neck. We managed our trip to France, as wife is French National, and gave the pillow on Xmas day, at mother-in-law's second home in Savoie. Next day mother-in-law (this was predicted) said she wasn't keen and I should use the pillow as I said like mine in the UK. I replied that she needed to give it a few days and then, if she still didn't like it, give it to her son (my brother-in-law). We left on Jan 1st but had noticed by then that she was using the pillow to rest on during the day, and taking it to bed at night (but tactically we didn't ask how she was finding the pillow). Anyway, had a what's app from brother-in-law last night, so on Jan 4, asking how they could get another pillow as she now wants one for her home in Paris!!! Don't believe the hype.
Don't believe the hype. In my opinion, these pillows are OK and nothing special. They smell for a long time (my wife say they small like old damp clothes). This is expected and didn't put me off. They are not cool (the advertising states that the top side feels like the cold side, I disagree with that statement, they get hot just like other pillows). They don't offer special support. The pillow is flat and depending on the size of your shoulders you may find that your neck is angled in an uncomfortable way, for example the pillow fits my wife perfectly yet it leaves me with a sore neck after using it for the past 7 nights. When comparing this pillow to a normal feather pillow I'd go with the feather every time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No where near the quality claimed
I had good rxperience of using the mattress so I bought this rather high priced pillow. Quality is no where as claimed and because it is so high and hard, I am actually using older low priced pillow which is a lot more comfortable So don't waste your moneyVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Takes a bit of getting used to

Great pillow at a bargain price!
