Take your time and be aware of little tweaks needed!
We ordered this cage for our rabbit as she had outgrown her old cage and also wanted something off the floor for the winter. The size is perfect but there are a few faults in the design in my opinion. Also the instructions were horrendous! The ramp is extremely steep and my bunny is not enjoying the climb up or the fall down... we may have to alter this somehow?! We also altered the bedroom compartment partition wall to reach the floor - the gap was huge!. The hinges are pretty poor quality and the locks are a bit rattily so be aware that this isn’t the best quality product but may do for a season or two unless you uograde certain features?!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I paid over 70 pounds for it, I would value it at 50 max but given free delivery so okayish

VERY POORLY MADE.
The hutch is awful. Much smaller than it looks, splits easy, very thin wood, the lid was bowed, 99% of the wood & bits (screws, latches, hinges) was broken! Splits on the ramp, mesh is loose, splits in the frame itself, doors have holes in them. Bed part doesn’t touch the floor. There is so much negative to say about this hutch. Absolutely appalled. Seller doesn’t help either. AVOID!!

False description,beware
DESCRIBED AS 4FT..not that size at all.Screws etc missing,wood in the doors was split,we had to glue them.Bedroom door didn t go the floor.Drawer fronts badly warped.Thinnest wood ever,bunny chewed through the floor in one night..unheard of in my 30 yeras of keeping rabbits.Extremely poor product,I would advise people NOT to buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor product. Not like in the picture
Instructions are terrible making it very hard to put together. When eventually assembled there were large gaps meaning it would be drafty and cold for the animals. It is also not the size that is advertised. It's actually 104x40 cms with a huge overhang on the roof. The hutch is not like the pictures. Do not buy

Disappointing
I am really disappointed with this hutch. I have 16 rabbits and am looking for new hutches for them to replace the old ones. The instructions are close to none existent, the quality is awful, in fact a good gust of wind had it in pieces. Thankfully none of my bunnies were in it as none of them look happy in it...

Bad quality
