I am 60 years old and I bought this product previously after watching a medical programme on TV where Michael Mosley sings the praises of taking the three ingredients that are in MacuShield. He only mentioned the ingredients, to help improve eye health, so I did a bit of research and found MacuShield was the product made up of all three. I took MacuShield for 3 months and was very interested to find out if there had been any improvement in my eyesight. Luckily my 2 yearly eye appointment was imminent. I did not mention anything to the optician. However he told me that my sight was slightly improved, so I then explained to him that I'd been taking MacuShield capsules. He said he had heard of these and that it was probably a good idea to take them, though he couldn't officially recommend them. It's obviously hard to ascertain whether this type of product is doing any good, but it was recommended to me by my Optician as I have previously had Wet Macular Degeneration, and apparently studies have shown that products like this can help prevent MD, so I hope it works!
