Good service but product useless.
I was a bit surprised that the sticky surface is a small strip that doesn't go across the width of the trap, nevertheless I placed it at the source of the infestation, laying flat on the floor in accordance with the instructions. After a few weeks use the trap has caught none and in the same time I have found 4 on the floor.

Caught Aragog!
I bought these after being outwitted/outpaced in the pursuit of a turbo powered spider one evening in my lounge. The thing was enormous and sinister, like Aragog from Harry Potter, and moved about a metre in the time it took me to blink. For the first time ever I gave up and bought a trap, which for the first day or so yielded nothing, but then… got him! Left me with slightly mixed feelings, part victory/relief, and part sadness of such an impressive creature having to meet its end (there is no way to remove anything from this trap alive, and really you need to despatch anything still living asap). Overall I can just say that they certainly work.

Perfect for eliminating pestcicides of all sorts!
Great product, does the job; open it, fold it in to shape and put it anywhere, you will see results instantly. I have been purchasing these for years, the moment I place the trap-killer, I will find spiders, beetles, woodlice, flies etc dead inside and even if they escape, as they've tasted the poison they perish soon after.

Easily put together, very effective. Because of open triangular construction you can clearly see ants etc caught on the gum paper. I wouldn’t advise them in a household that had young children. But I will buy again.

Works quickly
Definitely works. Caught a spider within a week of placing in bedroom, smell lured it out of laundry pile it was hiding in, so wouldn't recommend putting on windowsill as it will just lure them into your house. great for current uk spider season.
