I do not throw away these ear plugs after every use so you can keep them for a good amount of time before you need to put new ones in. I tend to use these for riding my motorcycle and they do an excellent job of blocking out the noise and staying in place. It can take a little practice getting them to fit snugly in your ear for the best protection. Once they are firmly in they're great.

I have been using ear buds for years now as I am a very light sleeper and these are the best I have come across by far. They are comfortable to use and easily inserted into the ear where the remain secure and block out all background noise enabling a good night's sleep. I also use them on long journeys on my motorbike to drown out the wind noise, again background noise is gone but still able to hear engine tone and other vehicles. No issues with them becoming dislodged in the crash helmet and easy insert and removal . Highly recommended.

I believe that these are the best in the market, I tried several others as well and this brand and type is consistently high quality and seems to block most noise. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that I still cannot sleep with these. I hear most noises except a lot less pronounced: noise from the street, the cars, the neighbors, etc.
