Oxford Diecast released 76RR3003 in 1/76 Scale in October 2019 which represents a Range Rover Series 3 in unmarked Metropolitan Police colours. This is OO Gauge Compatible and aimed at the adult and discerning collector market or OO Gauge Model Railway Enthusiast market. Sadly not recommendable as a toy for young children due to it's small size and delicate detachable parts. A mystery unravels here as though Oxford Diecast brand the model 'Metropolitan Police' colours they have printed an 'FU' numberplate on this which originates from the Grimsby area of North East Lincolnshire [formerly Humberside.] This may very well be in service in this shade of blue as an unmarked 'Met' Range Rover however it's not very likely to be carrying such a plate or if it is the vehicle may well have been previously in service with Humberside Police. But the model itself is beautiful if like myself you are into your Range Rovers and also your Fire and Civil Defence Services / Emergency Services vehicles as with it carrying no markings and the questionable identity this could easily 'double up' as a privately owned vehicle. It would look just great on an OO Gauge railway layout of a modern era nature acting in whichever capacity one chooses - police or privately owned. The detailing all spells out why Oxford Diecast are the market leaders they are in the 1/76 Scale field. Will 10 say the rest: I sure hope so with '10 Plus Plus' added for the 'doubling up' capability and properties of this model :o)Read full review

Yeah I think Solid best describes this previous Range Rover. Excellent reproduction with a good level of detail.
