The trees aren't forced or managed pine trees that have been treated with pesticides and artificial fertiliser (which would be passed into the fruit - the cones) - so my cones are totally natural, fresh and artificial/toxic chemical free - i.e 100% organic.

Great enrichment for hamsters
My dwarf hamster adore these, I push seed into them. So the hamsters have to work at getting their food, and chewing the cone helps with their teeth as well. So it's a natural thing for them, which they enjoy. I'm very happy to buy these, knowing they are safe for my hamsters to have.

Bunnies not interested and too small for them great for smaller pets perhaps
Too small for rabbits. Probably better for smaller pets. Nothing wrong with this product per se, just my bunnies were not interested. I added it to their little digging box just for effect really.
