Good Value but very basic with no PAS levels.
Although this is good value and worked the pedal assist has no levels and is either full on or off. To get more subtle PAS control you will need a better controller (KT) and a display (LCD3 or 5). The descriptions of this kit do not tell you that the pedal assist acts as just a switch to full power. Look for a kit that has an LCD display that will allow you to set PAS levels. That said the components seem to be of good quality and fitted and worked well together.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works well, not the best quality
Works really well, not the best quality and had to do some filing to get it to fit the bike but then I suppose not all bikes can be the same so difficult to perfect. One particular point would be the rear sprocket general quality and it has a slight wobble to it. Worth a go though if you fancy a project bike build. Research your batteries first as they are more expensive than the kit and many options.

Travel in style
Iam 72 and enjoy cycling but the hills are a bit high these days. So I thought about an electric bike but did not like the price, this was the answer the kit comes with all you need to convert your bike minus the battery. I brought battery cells off eBay and made the pack up to 36volts, a clip top sandwich box made the ideal battery case.
